> 2) The Pepsin digestibility is 95-100% of the

> 3) Yes, anti- oxidants are added . We presently use ETHOCITIN as anti-oxidant.
> It is also as per the buyers request the anti oxidants are added.
> 4) We mainly use fresh SARDINE and other small fishes.
> The major part is sardine + Anchovies. No other fishes
> are used.
> 5) We have not supplied to any of the buyers in Europe.
> 6) We require no lead time, we can ship 500 MT immediately.
> Our production is 300 MT per day.
> 7) The Salt content is not measured separately,
> any how the salt content is 3 - 4% .
> 8) The Fat content is 4.96 - 6%.
> 9) We don't add any artificial proteins for enhancing the
> protein level, no hydroxylation process is carried out
> and all manufacturing process is simple dehydration and
